Half the island boys aren’t ringing in the New Year on a high note… as TMZ has learned Frankie Venegas He was arrested again in Florida on suspicion of drug-related crimes and is now in jail.
Law enforcement tells us Frankie was being held in the Collier County Jail in Naples Wednesday night on one count of possession of drug paraphernalia and displaying a facial tattoo.

We’re told Frankie is being held without bail as he has been detained for 24 hours following his arrest in February for delivering/possessing/selling a firearm with an altered serial number and is now out on bail.
We broke the story… Frankie is Arrested in February on drug and gun charges. The drug quantity was dropped, but the firearms charge remained, which is why he is currently out on bail.
According to a February sheriff’s report, officers pulled over a yellow Corvette after it allegedly ran a stop sign. Police said a bag of suspected oxycodone was found on the passenger side floorboard. Venegas denied possessing the item, claiming he had a prescription but did not have it with him.

At that time, police also found a brown MGM handbag containing a blue spray-painted pistol with no serial number, a cut straw and a credit card in Venegas’ name. Another straw with a white powdery substance was allegedly found on the center console.
Franky shot to fame in 2021 when their song “I’m an Island Boy” went viral with her brother Alex.
He had previous arrests for domestic battery, reckless driving and driving without a license.
