WASHINGTON – The Marquette men’s basketball team has two more chances to get its first road win of the season.
Perhaps the Golden Eagles’ (9-18, 4-12 Big East) best chance comes against Georgetown (13-14, 5-11) on Feb. 24 at Capital One Arena at 6 p.m.

The massive building, which is also home to the NBA’s Washington Wizards, wasn’t too intimidating during Georgetown’s home games, with just 4,456 fans attending the last home game against Butler.
MU’s last road win came on March 1 of last season at Capital One Arena. The Golden Eagles did win one game in last season’s Big East Championship game at a neutral site in New York’s Madison Square Garden.
Marquette University and Georgetown University Predictions
That’s it. MU’s elusive road win has to come in this one, right? All the recent close calls will pay off when the freshman backcourt of Nigel James Jr. and Adrien Stevens, a native of the Washington, D.C.-Maryland-Virginia area, combine to put together a big game and get a taste of what a road win feels like.
prophecy: MU 75, Georgetown 68
