Xiaomi Mi 15s Pro will be officially launched in China later this week. The Mi Pad 7 Ultra and the company’s latest electric car, the Mi YU7, will be released alongside the new smartphones. Xiaomi’s new self-developed chip XRING 01 SoC will be released during the event. Xiaomi Mi 15s Pro is confirmed to be the first phone to feature the new chipset. Xiaomi posted a message on Weibo, confirming that the Mi 15s Pro will be released on May 22. The launch event will begin at 7:00 pm (4:30 pm IST) in China. The company will also launch Mi Pad 7 Ultra and Mi YU7 SUV at its 15th anniversary event. Its self-developed XRING 01 chipset is also expected to be released on the same day. The chip is built on the 3nm process and was first launched on Xiaomi 15s Pro.

Apart from the chipset, the Chinese tech brand is yet to reveal the specifications of its new device. Meanwhile, the Xiaomi Mi 15s Pro with model number 25042PN24C has appeared on the Geekbench database, revealing some of its key details. The listing suggests that the phone will be powered by a 10-core chipset and a motherboard codenamed “O1_asic”.
The XRING 01 CPU adopts a 2+4+2+2 architecture, and the listing shows that it has two CPU cores clocked at 3.90GHz, four cores clocked at 3.40GHz, and two cores clocked at 1.89GHz. The CPU also has two cores with a maximum frequency of 1.80GHz.
Xiaomi Mi 15s Pro has a single-core score of 3119 points and a multi-core score of 9673 points. The phone runs Android 15 and is expected to come with 16GB of RAM. These numbers are quite impressive, showing that the CPU performance is better than the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and close to the Snapdragon 8 Elite.
