WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — A Wichita woman is in custody after assaulting a McDonald’s employee in Concordia.
Police were dispatched to the fast food restaurant around 3 p.m. for a report of an exploding battery.

Police said the woman punched employees and threw hot frying oil at them.
She was arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated assault, criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct and trespassing.
