What a great day for James Madison (the college, not the football player).
For those who know all things college [American] Football, James Madison University is in the College Football Playoff. After JMU’s conference win on Friday, this is a pretty big deal.

It’s always refreshing to see teams like James Madison and Tulane compete in meaningful college football games. alabama Notre Dame seems to show up every year.
But more important than that is the Pop Tarts Bowl, which will crown a true champion of America’s greatest sport.
Carty Free is a long-time admirer of the sporting event. Menno wrote about pie, and so did I. I will write again later.
I mean, just look at that pie being put into the toaster. Who can’t appreciate this?
But before that will be James Madison vs. Oregon State. So it’s time to get excited because James Madison football is almost here.
