Texas A&M OL ready to play any O-line position in NFL

Texas A&M has 13 players who have taken or will take part in the 2026 NFL Scouting Combine, including four of the Aggies’ 2026 starting offensive linemen, led by left tackle Trey Zuhn III, who is, at least in my opinion, the most versatile O-lineman in the draft so far.

Zaun prepares to participate in every drill, including the bench press, eager to showcase his elite athleticism and ability to play tackle, guard and center at the next level thanks to Texas A&M coach Mike Elko and O-line coach Adam Cushing training and playing at nearly every position. After four seasons as Texas A&M’s starting left tackle, the Colorado native is ready to take the next step in his career.

Zaun took questions from the media before a practice session with the offensive linemen in attendance on Saturday, discussed his five-year career in College Station and said he’s ready to play anywhere along the offensive line after practicing and playing center during the Senior Bowl.

“I’m equally confident in all five positions and I can play them all at the highest level.”

At 6-foot-6 and nearly 320 pounds, Zunn’s size and pass-blocking prowess earned him the highest-ever pass protection grade (96.8) from Pro Football Focus, and he allowed just two sacks and 10 pressures in 16 games last season. It will take time to adjust as a center, but the combination of size, pass-blocking ability and football knowledge could allow him to start his rookie season.

In addition to linebacker Chase Bisontis, who is expected to be drafted in the first or second round, Zuhn, Ar’maj Reed-Adams and Dametrious Crownover are all likely to be drafted in the middle or late rounds, but they all have the size, athleticism and, most importantly, SEC starting experience that should lead to long NFL careers.
