Tennessee Titans week 18 rooting guide

The Tennessee Titans currently own the fourth overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft. They can move up two spots with a loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars and some help from the league. The lowest score they can choose is a seventh-place finish that beats the Jaguars and everything else goes wrong. Either way, they’ll be in a prime position to draft Ohio State wide receiver Carnell Tate.

For the Titans to get the second pick in the draft, they need the New York Giants to beat the Dallas Cowboys and the New York Jets to beat the Buffalo Bills. The Arizona Cardinals are another team with three wins, but they have a stronger schedule than the Titans, so if both teams had three wins, the Titans would pick before them. The intensity of the schedule is also why the Titans were unable to beat the Las Vegas Raiders for the No. 1 pick.

The Titans came away with a win and the Washington Commanders lost to the Philadelphia Eagles, the Cleveland Browns to the Cincinnati Bengals and the Cardinals to the No. 7 seed.

In short, we’re cheering for the Giants, Jets, Browns, Cardinals and Commanders all to win tomorrow.
