The No. 1 Tennessee (23-0, 3-0 SEC) softball team will face Austin Peay (16-8) in the Mid-Central Classic on Tuesday. The first game between the Lady Vols and Governors is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. ET at the Ridley Sports Center in Columbia, Tennessee.
The Midlands Classic will showcase softball at every level from high school to NCAA Division I. Three games will be played on Tuesday.

The Central Classic will begin with Columbia Central High School taking on Spring Hill High School. The first game between the two schools in Columbia, Tenn., is scheduled for 11 a.m. ET.
Columbia State Community College will also face Calhoun Community College at 2:30 p.m.
Tennessee’s game against Austin Peay will end in the Mid-Central Classic. On March 24, 1996, the Lady Vols took the lead in the softball series with a 19-0 victory over Austin Peay.

The Mid-State Classic matchup between No. 1 Tennessee and Austin Peay will not be televised.
