AUSTIN (KXAN) — South by Southwest has canceled a community concert featuring Tune-Yards at Auditorium Shores due to expected high winds, a South by Southwest spokesman announced Sunday.

“Due to the strong winds predicted to come, SXSW has made the difficult decision to cancel today’s community concert featuring Tune-Yards scheduled for Lady Bird Lake/Auditorium Shores,” the spokesperson wrote in a statement.

The free concert is scheduled for Sunday at 5:30 p.m.

SXSW begins Thursday, March 12th, and will run through Thursday, March 18th.
