The Pittsburgh Steelers had a prime opportunity last week to defeat the then-three-win Cleveland Browns and capture the AFC North title. But the Browns offense failed to generate any traction on the defense, so now they find themselves in a must-win situation against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 18.
With wide receiver DK Metcalf out and Browns defensive end Myles Garrett fearful, Pittsburgh looks lost on offense and if they don’t get on track this week, their season will be over.

Here are three things the Steelers must do on offense this week.
Throw the football to Pat Freiermuth
If you’re looking to replace Metcalf in the lineup, there’s no better option than tight end Pat Freiermuth. The disrespect shown to him by the coaching staff is criminal. He made a difference every time he was targeted, and no one seemed to think they should replicate that more on offense.
Aaron Rodgers can’t continue to play in fear
It doesn’t matter what kind of defense the Steelers play; Rodgers looked terrified of getting hit. Browns quarterback Shaddell Sanders struggled last week, but Rodgers can note his ability to stand in the pocket and pass the ball knowing he’s going to get hit.

Remember Kenneth Gainwell is on the team
The biggest knock last week was Gainwell’s lack of touches. He’s been the most reliable option on offense for much of the season, but Rodgers rarely paid attention to him. The mismatch he creates will have to be a focal point if the Steelers want to beat Baltimore.
