TAMPA, Fla. (AP) — Sam Reinhart scored a shorthanded goal and a power-play goal to lead the Florida Panthers to a 5-2 victory over the Tampa Bay Lightning on Monday night.
Reinhardt scored his fourth career goal on a shorthanded power-play goal in the same game, the most in franchise history. Anton Lendl, Brad Marchand and Carter Verhaeg also scored for Florida, which improved to 5 wins, 1 draw and 1 loss in its past seven games.

Sergey Bobrovsky made 26 saves.
JJ Moser and Max Crozier scored for Tampa Bay. Brayden Point finished with two assists. Jonas Johansson made his seventh consecutive start, replacing Andrei Vasilevskiy, and made 19 saves.
Reinhart scored Florida’s fourth shorthanded goal of the season at 2:16 of the first period. Reinhardt passed Scott Mellanby in this game for the sixth-highest score in franchise history.
The Panthers made it 2-0 when Yanni Gourde hit the crossbar on an open chance just above the crease at 3:48, then Lundell completed a 3-on-1 rush.
Marchand made it 3-0 at 11:48 of the second quarter, and Reinhart scored a power-play goal with 1:52 left in the game.

Crozier scored his first career goal with 33 seconds left in the second quarter. Moser chased the score to 4-2 at 2:11 in the third quarter. But Verhaeghe scored his eighth goal in the past 10 games with 6:37 left to regain the three-goal lead.
The Panthers were without defenseman Gustav Forsling for most of the third quarter, who blocked Nikita Kucherov’s arm shot at 3:03 of the third quarter. Forsling walked down the tunnel to the locker room and did not return.
Chargers leading scorer Brandon Hagel was out after being hit by Florida State guard Seth Jones in the final 15 minutes of the third quarter.
