tight end

  • Trey McBride (61/92), Elijah Higgins (46/70), Pharaoh Brown (11/17), Josiah Deguara (8/12)

  • Subs/Injured: Tip Reiman, Travis Vokolek (both eligible to return, but will not)

No matter what defenders do to try to stop him, McBride continues to put up numbers. He caught 12 of 13 passes for 134 yards and two touchdowns. It was his 16th consecutive game with at least five catches, breaking Travis Kelce’s league record for a tight end.

He also had 105 catches this season, becoming the first tight end in NFL history to catch 100 passes in back-to-back seasons. Kelce has surpassed the 100-catch mark three times in his career, but has never topped the 100-catch mark in consecutive seasons. In 2020, DeAndre Hopkins set the Cardinals single-season receiving total with 115 yards. McBride has 1,071 receiving yards this season and 1,146 yards last season. McBride needed 135 yards to pass Jackie Smith (1,205 yards in 1967) for the Cardinals single-season record for most yards by a tight end.
