PAN Card Apply Online: How To Apply For PAN Card Online via Different Methods

PAN card is an important government document issued by the Income Tax Department. It’s helpful when paying taxes, filing a tax return, or applying for a loan. This is how banks verify your tax records and track your personal contribution to the Indian economy. While you can always apply at a nearby PAN center, this is not always possible. In this case, submitting your application online is the most convenient way. Most employers require you to submit a copy of your PAN card during the initial onboarding process. However, if you haven’t started earning money yet, you can still apply as there is no minimum age requirement.

Keeping in mind the importance of having a PAN card in India, we have prepared a step-by-step guide to help you apply for the card online through different websites and portals, including the Income Tax Portal, Protean website and UTI Infrastructure Technologies and Services Limited (UTITSL) website.
