“I think it’s always good to have a home game, especially in the playoffs,” quarterback Jalen Hurts said. “It’s a tense environment and teams on the road have to step in and deal with the passion of the fans. So, I think it’s a great thing and a valuable thing and I encourage everyone to give their best performance.”
Hopefully the Eagles can do a good enough job on offense to keep the energy on the field, because ending the postseason to a chorus of boos seems like a tough way out for the defending Super Bowl champions.
At this point, it’s win or go home, so while people complain about the Eagles’ wins this season, that’s really the only thing that matters on Sunday.

Q1 – 11:51 [Eagles 0, Niners 7] — Well, it wasn’t a great start for the Eagles defense. Vic Fangio’s unit gave up a frustrating 61-yard reception and then allowed several more drives that ultimately led to the 49ers’ first score of the game. Brock Purdy connected with Demarcus Robinson in the back of the end zone for a six-point play.
