The Nebraska baseball team (11-5) takes on the North Dakota State baseball team (2-14) in a one-game matchup Wednesday afternoon. The Huskers earned their winning streak by defeating the Bison 11-1 in seven innings.
The Bison scored on the first pitch, a solo shot over the left field wall. But Nebraska allowed just one more hit the rest of the way and nine total hits on the day. North Dakota State also committed three errors. The Huskers took the lead in the second inning, scoring six runs, then scored five more over the next five innings.

Jett Buck led the way for Nebraska, going 3-for-3 with a walk, two doubles and three RBIs. Mac Moyer went 3-for-4 with a double. Case Sanderson went 2-for-2 with a double and an RBI. Dylan Carey and Preston Freeman each added an RBI.
Cooper Katskee (2-0) pitched 5.0 innings on the mound and earned the win. After starting the game, he struck out eight batters and allowed just one hit. Caleb Clark pitched in the sixth inning and struck out three. Pryce Bender ended the game with a seventh pitch and a three-and-out.
Nebraska continues its three-game series this Friday at home against Maine. The first pitch is scheduled for 6pm Central Time on B1G+.
