LPGA champion Gemma Dryburgh and partner Anne-Lise Bidou have begun life as new parents in 2026. Dryburgh and Bidou shared the good news on Instagram. Bidou is a physical therapist who competes on the LPGA and gave birth to a son, Léo.
“Welcome to the world of little lions!” Scotland’s Dryburgh wrote on her social media post. “We are beyond excited to be a family of three. 2026 is going to be a very special year!”
Dryburgh, who lives in New Orleans, told Newsquest contributor Nick Rodger that she plans to travel to the LPGA Spring Asian Swing Solo Competition in 2026 and then be joined by her family when the tour returns to the United States.

“Tour life is going to be different,” Dryberg, 32, told Roger. “Thankfully, every tourist location has daycare facilities, which can be helpful.
“A lot of girls travel with babies, so I’ve been looking around for advice. I’ve been given a lot of advice on what strollers to take and what to pack for travel; simple things but important things to know in new situations.
“It’s all about simplifying the process. I’ll probably have a lot less stuff, too.”
In 2022, Drybourg became the fourth Scot to win on the LPGA when he won the Toto Japan Classic. The former Tulane standout is the first Scot to win on tour since Catriona Matthew at the 2011 Lorena Ochoa Invitational.
