At first glance, the post might actually be sincere, offering followers a set of coordinates and a “generous” offer: “Ladies. If you don’t have Valentine’s Day, please meet me at 82.8628°S, 135.0000°E❤️❤️🌹🌹I’m feeling generous. I love you.”

The only problem here is that anyone who wants to accept Kamala’s “offer” should be prepared to meet him on a barren patch of ice in Antarctica. And, unless the rusher was planning on playing football with the penguins during Mardi Gras celebrations, it’s obvious he was just joking and having fun.
