A $50 million property in the Turks and Caicos Islands that has been featured on a slew of popular reality TV shows, including Bravo’s “Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip” and Netflix’s “Too Hot,” is set to be auctioned off next month with no reserve.
That means a property currently on the market for $50 million could theoretically sell for as little as $1, although the seller hopes a buyer willing to spend more cash will come forward.
This gorgeous home is currently owned by a French businessman Fabrice Grindawho purchased the home in 2019 for $11.5 million and then invested more than $30 million in renovations, including significantly expanding its original floor plan.
The property was used as both a reality show backdrop and a luxury vacation rental over the past seven years before Grinda initially put it on the market in 2022 for $30 million, Mansion Global first reported.
However, not all updates to the home were complete at that time, and some were still in progress, including the addition of solar panels, which are expected to save future owners up to $300,000 per year.

Now, Glinda will try her luck at the auction on April 17, when his lavish home will be sold by Platinum Luxury Auctions. Terrell Lesnock.
According to a press release shared by Realtor.com®, Glinda has decided to part ways with the property to focus on some other luxury homes in his portfolio, which he hopes to renovate in the same luxurious manner as this home, called Triton Luxury Villa.
“This vision ultimately transformed the estate into a ready-made film backdrop that attracted the attention of major streaming platforms,” the press release reads.
“The hotel was chosen as the filming location for Too Hot to Bear (Season 6), with its infinity pool, oceanfront terrace and striking architecture broadcast to Netflix’s large international audience.
“It also hosted the ‘Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Tour,’ putting the estate in front of millions of Bravo viewers and cementing its pop culture status,” the press release added.
The home sits on 7 acres and has 18,300 square feet. It has 15 bedrooms, two swimming pools, a hot tub, a cold plunge pool and an oceanfront gym.
The property will also be transformed into a completely off-grid infrastructure.

Rental income can reach up to $32,000 per night, making the residence ideal for anyone looking for a long-term business investment, according to the release.
The information also notes that despite the hotel’s ties to the world of reality TV, it is far from just another silver screen mansion but its own impressive brand that has built a reputation for being one of the world’s most luxurious venues for events of all kinds.
“Unlike many luxury homes that are briefly leased for production, Triton reflects Glinda’s personal investment strategy and global brand-building approach,” the release states.
“The estate has become a private resort and host to high-level technology conferences, including the Triton Crypto Summit and FJ Labs resorts, attracting international founders and investors, effectively positioning the Turks and Caicos Islands as an emerging technology and lifestyle destination.”
Upon entering the home, guests are greeted by a spacious floor plan with a perfect blend of white and black furnishings and contemporary furnishings.
The bedroom features French doors offering panoramic water views.
Meanwhile, the elegant bathroom features a large soaking tub and chic decor.

The living area features a loveseat, patterned ceiling and opens to a tranquil outdoor area.

Meanwhile, the backyard features an outdoor kitchen in addition to a sparkling pool and tennis court.
The complex also holds another impressive accolade – being the first venue in the Turks and Caicos Islands to feature a private cricket pitch.
“In 2021, Miami-based Togu Design led a major expansion, adding four garden bungalows and Turks and Caicos’ first cricket pitch as part of a world-class racquet sports center, along with clay tennis and pickleball courts, further increasing the estate’s appeal to elite guests and production companies,” the release added.
