Let Floridians sue over lack of vaccine
State Rep. Monique Miller is proposing a new law that would allow people to sue if they are injured by a vaccine.
But I think Miller should also propose a new law that would allow anyone with polio (or other life-threatening disease) to sue over the lack of a preventive vaccine.

Gov. Ron DeSantis and state Health Department Director Joseph Ladapo should be named as defendants in these lawsuits for encouraging Florida to refuse vaccinations.

The law should also expand the scope of the crime of “child abuse” to prosecute parents who deny their children the vaccines that have been administered for generations – and led to the elimination of horrific and devastating diseases like polio.
