Lady Vols finish fifth at NCAA Championships

The Tennessee women’s swimming and diving team finished fifth at the 2026 NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships, which concluded on March 22 at the McCauley Aquatic Center in Atlanta, Georgia.

2026 marks Lady Vos’ third consecutive season in the top five nationally. Tennessee finished on the podium 16 times and earned four medals, three silver and one bronze. All five of Tennessee’s relay teams had a chance to finish on the podium.

Diver Desharne Bent-Ashmeil and swimmers Camille Spink and Ella Jansen all earned All-America credentials in multiple events.

Spink won silver in the 50-meter freestyle and finished fifth in the 100-meter freestyle with a time of 46.28 seconds. Jensen and Emily Brown both earned first-team All-America honors in the 200-meter butterfly. Brown finished sixth in 1:52.13, while Jensen finished seventh (1:52.35).

The Lady Vols 400 freestyle relay team of Spink, Emily Armen, Jansen and Julianna Brocska finished eighth. The team set a school record in the event with a time of 3:08.55.
