Modric was one of the best players on the pitch as Milan beat local rivals Inter Milan 1-0 on Sunday.

Italy and Juventus legend Del Piero commented on the game last night as a commentator for CBS Sports and joked with the Croatian legend: “It’s great to watch you again. Congratulations again,” Del Piero said.
“There are Italian restaurants and great food and you can have fun until you’re 50. The quality of our food is great, I don’t know if you agree.”

Victory for the Rossoneri takes them second in the table, still seven points behind their city rivals, and Modric believes the team will get closer if they perform better in “smaller games”.
In fact, Milan have only lost twice in Serie A this season, while Inter have suffered five defeats.
However, the Nerazzurri have managed just one draw in nine games against Milan.
Inter Milan have won 22 of 28 games this season, while their city rivals have won 17.
