GOP Rep. Thomas Massie Nails Trump With Absolutely Devastating New Epstein Label

Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) on Sunday blasted President Donald Trump, his Cabinet and other insiders for how they handled documents related to convicted terrorist Jeffrey Epstein.

Massey lashed out at what he called the “Epstein class,” billionaires who “crossed paths” with those named in the documents.

“Donald Trump told us that even though he was having dinner with these people in New York City and West Palm Beach, he was going to be transparent,” Massey said Sunday on ABC’s “This Week.” “But he’s not. He’s still in Epstein’s class.”

The president had been close friends with Epstein, who was found dead in his cell at a federal facility in 2019 during Trump’s last term. His death was ruled a suicide, but some, including Epstein’s brother, don’t believe the official story.

Trump and those around him are demanding the release of all documents related to Epstein as he campaigns in 2024. However, upon taking office, he and his team blocked the release, with Trump himself repeatedly dismissing the Epstein documents as a “Democrat hoax.”

Massey helped launch a campaign in Congress to force the release of the heavily redacted documents.

Rep. Jamie Raskin, D-Md., said last week that he searched for “Don,” “Donald” and “Trump” in unredacted versions of Epstein’s documents and got more than 1 million results.

Additionally, the documents show that multiple Trump insiders had broader ties to Epstein than previously known, including Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Administrator Muhammad Oz and former White House strategist Steve Bannon.

The documents do not suggest that Trump or his associates were involved in criminal activity, and they have denied any wrongdoing.

Because of these connections and other factors, Massey on Sunday offered the Trump administration a new name.

“This is the Epstein administration,” Massey said. “They attacked me for trying to release these documents.”

Trump has frequently targeted Massey and endorsed his primary opponent in this year’s midterm elections.
