The Bavarians remain untouchable in the league and continue to show their dominance over the rest of the league. Wolfsburg, on the other hand, is not performing well and is currently ranked 14th, only 3 points behind St. Pauli in the relegation playoffs.

Bayern will have to play without Jamal Musiala and Joshua Kimmich as neither of them has been cleared for this game and the next one against Cologne. Still, Vincent Kompany and his players will be hoping to get the job done early and potentially give valuable minutes to promising academy players in the second half.
