After the game, Sarabia faced the media and spoke honestly about the challenges of competing against a team as strong and deep as Real Madrid.

Despite this result, the Elche coach acknowledges the level of performance required at the top level of modern football.
“I know there is huge pressure on Real Madrid, but football is becoming more and more competitive and anyone can beat you.
“It’s not easy to maintain this level of play over almost 70 games, but Real Madrid are capable of performing like they did against Manchester City.
“Arbeloa showed courage and gave those young players a chance. We have been lacking a little bit of aggression.” he analyzed.
About Guller’s goals
Another standout moment from the game was Arda Guler’s wonderful goal.

The young midfielder wowed everyone with his stunning goal.
Sarabia admitted that while the goal was frustrating from Elche’s perspective, it was one of those moments in football when you have to admire a player’s ability.
“I think Arda is an extraordinary player. We were unlucky because we conceded some fantastic goals.

“We’re at a stage now where those little details that were good for us in the first half of the season are now working against us.
“In this frustration and sadness, all you can do as a fan is take your hat off because it was a perfect goal.”
Alonso vs Arbeloa
The Elche coach was also asked to compare Real Madrid’s current form with their earlier performances under former coach Xavi Alonso.

Sarabia admits things have changed and his team currently lacks the freshness they once had.
“What a mess you’ve got yourself into. Xavi set us up really well. It was a good game of football but we had an extra advantage.
“We are at home and playing with confidence. Now we don’t have that novelty anymore. “
Finally, Sarabia revealed that he has a respectful relationship with Real Madrid coach Alvaro Arbeloa.
The two coaches met in Madrid recently and exchanged good wishes before the teams met on the pitch.
“I met him in a restaurant in Madrid and I think he is a coach who has always spoken very highly of me.
“We wish each other good luck and I congratulated him on his game the other day. We have a good relationship and respect each other.” he concluded.
