That’s true whether it’s on the field with the Los Angeles Dodgers in 2026 or when he retires.
ESPN’s Alden Gonzalez revealed Rojas’ future plans Wednesday night.

Gonzalez shared the following on X:
“Sources say Miguel Rojas will return to the Dodgers in 2026 for what will be his final season in the majors. It’s a one-year, $5.5 million contract, after which he will assist the front office and help with player development.”
Rojas, of course, is a Dodgers legend forever.

He hit a home run in Game 7 of the World Series to tie the game in the ninth inning, forcing the Dodgers to win in overtime to retain the World Championship.

He was a light-hitting utility infielder, but somehow he met one and made himself a hero.
Rojas will never need anything in Los Angeles, and if he does, he’s already made himself a lifelong home.
For now, at least, it sounds like that’s where Rojas plans to stay.
