Update 12:40 p.m.: The Jacksonville Fire Department said they transported one victim who is in stable condition.
A serious crash on I-295 West South in Duval County resulted in all lanes being blocked on the Duval Road ramp.
The incident was first reported just after noon on Saturday.
Drivers in the Northeast should prepare for delays and consider alternative routes.
Emergency crews are at the scene clearing roads. There is no word yet on the extent of the injuries or how long the lanes will be closed.
