Authorities said coroners were called around 8:45 a.m. Tuesday near Bend of the Lakes Road. Trees and power lines blocked the road leading to Phillips’ camper trailer, making it impossible for first responders to get through the debris.
Officials said the camper was in poor condition and the temperature inside was no warmer than outside.
