Mediterranean fast-casual brand CAVA has opened its first Ohio store in Cincinnati, USA.
The 3,200-square-foot CAVA Oakley Station features a dining area and supports digital ordering, pickup and delivery.
The opening of the Cincinnati location is part of Cava’s continued expansion into the Midwest. It follows recent launches in Chicago, Detroit and Indianapolis.
The menu at CAVA Oakley Station features chef-crafted meals with the option to assemble custom bowls or pitas.
Menu offerings include core dishes and combinations with limited-time additions. These range from dips and homemade juices to a variety of pita flavors.
“Cincinnati has a strong sense of community, which is what we want to be a part of here in Oakley,” said Jeff Gaul, Cava’s chief development officer.
“We believe great food brings people together, so whether guests are stopping by after get off work or refueling before a Bengals or Reds game, we look forward to bringing fresh and mouth-watering Mediterranean flavors to the neighborhood.”
The Oakley Station restaurant is expected to create 25 to 40 local jobs, according to the company.
Cava has set a goal of operating at least 1,000 restaurants by 2032. The company plans to open more restaurants in the Midwest and enter other parts of the United States by 2026.
The chain is also approaching the 500-store milestone, which it expects to reach later this year. With Cincinnati, Cava’s footprint now spans 29 states and the District of Columbia.
Last month, CAVA Group reported a 21.2% revenue increase in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025, reaching $272.8 million.
