The analyst noted that Rocket Lab’s fiscal 2025 revenue was approximately $602 million, a company record that also topped consensus estimates and management guidance. The analyst noted that this represents a revenue increase of approximately 38% year-over-year, and analysts expect further revenue growth in fiscal 2026.
Operationally, Rocket Lab achieved its goal of 21 successful launches in fiscal 2025, including a record seven launches in the fourth quarter. The company’s contract backlog as of the fourth quarter of 2025 was approximately $1.85 billion, with 74% of revenue related to space systems and 26% related to launch. Management also expects to recognize approximately 37% of its backlog as revenue within 12 months. The update also mentions the SDA Tranche 3 contract, a fixed-price OTA with a total potential value of $805 million, described as the company’s largest contract to date, with another company citing Neutron’s debut being pushed back to the fourth quarter of 2026.
