2025 Ather 450 Series Specifications
All models in the 2025 Ather 450 range feature a new multi-mode traction control system that offers three dedicated torque intervention modes: Rain, Rally and Road. Rain mode limits acceleration for safe riding in wet conditions, while Rally mode brings the subtlest of adjustments, allowing riders to traverse rough or uneven terrain. Road mode, meanwhile, is the best of both worlds, balancing fast acceleration with safety for everyday riding.
Ather also brings Magic Twist regenerative braking system to its 2025 450 series. It allows the rider to control the electric scooter with a single throttle. While acceleration actions remain the same, they can be slowed down by throttling back, which also invokes regenerative braking in the process of recharging the battery.
Those who opt for the Pro package get the new Ather Stack. It brings six features including WhatsApp on Dash, sharing live location, Ping My Scooter, Alexa Skills, and more. The company is also offering two new colorways – Stealth Blue and Hyper Sand.
According to Ather, its 2025 450 series now claims longer range and shorter charging times. The Ather 450S is said to have a maximum Indian Driving Cycle (IDC) range of 122 km and a 0-80 per cent charging time of 5 hours and 30 minutes. The standard Ather 450X has a claimed IDC range of 126 kilometers and a charging time of 3 hours, while the 3.7kWh model extends the range to 161 kilometers and a charging time of 4 hours and 30 minutes.
The top-of-the-line 2025 Ather 450 Apex is said to have an IDC range of 157 kilometers and a 0-100% charging time of 5 hours and 45 minutes.
