The Michigan State ice hockey team has concluded the 2025-26 regular season and is awaiting its fate in the NCAA Tournament after an early exit from the Big Ten Tournament.
The conference announced the winners Wednesday ahead of this weekend’s Big Ten Tournament championship game. MSU received a slew of honors on Awards Day, and while the biggest honor may have been being named to the All-Big Ten First Team, Porter Martone was also named to the All-Big Ten Freshman Team.

It was a double honor day for the Spartan freshman, who had a stellar first season at MSU, scoring 24 goals while adding 23 assists in 33 games.
