After spending his college career between Albany State University, Iowa Central Community College, Butler Community College and the University of West Florida, Bell entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent in 2022 with the Cleveland Browns. He spent three seasons in Cleveland, totaling 61 tackles, two interceptions and a forced fumble in 50 games.

Bell then moved on to the Seattle Seahawks and made two starts for the eventual NFC West champions in 2025. He was subsequently waived and claimed by the Panthers in a Week 17 loss to the Seahawks at U.S. Bank Stadium.

The fourth-year veteran played 13 snaps on special teams in Carolina’s wild-card round loss to the Los Angeles Rams on Saturday.
