YouTube: How to Delete All Offline Videos From the YouTube App on Android, iPhone, or iPad

YouTube is the world’s largest video sharing platform and one of the most popular websites in India and other parts of the world. In 2014, YouTube launched a feature that allowed users to download videos and watch them on mobile devices, freeing them from the unstable internet that once ruined the video viewing experience. Many YouTube videos are now available for download, but it’s only available on smartphones – that’s the YouTube app for Android devices as well as iPhone and iPad – and the videos can’t be downloaded on desktops. You can watch downloaded YouTube videos for 30 days, after which the video will remain in your Downloads section but will not be viewable and will not be deleted.

1. Open the YouTube app and click on your profile in the upper right corner.
2. Now go ahead and click on “Settings”. On Android, open the Downloads section, while on iPhone and iPad you need to scroll down to the Offline section
3. Here, just click “Delete Download” to instantly delete every offline video on your device

That’s all you need to do to delete all downloaded YouTube videos from your device. But if you want to keep some videos and delete only some, there is a way to do that as well.

How to delete downloaded YouTube offline videos individually

1. Click the “Library” tab in the lower right corner, then open the “Downloads” tab under “Available offline.” You will see a complete list of videos stored offline.
2. Click the three vertical dots next to the video you want to delete and select Remove from downloads and delete the video individually
