SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO) – A woman charged in a sexual abuse case has pleaded guilty to two crimes.
KELOLAND News first reported on the case last March.
That’s when police were called to a Sioux Falls apartment for a domestic dispute.
A young woman later told police that Kyle Huff, 44, had been sexually assaulting her for years.
Kyle Huff’s wife appeared in court Tuesday morning as his case moves through the court system.
Amanda Huff pleaded guilty to abusing or neglecting a disabled adult and committing a felony.
As part of the plea agreement, charges of kidnapping and criminal conspiracy will be dismissed.
In court Tuesday, the victim was described as an inmate at a Sioux Falls home with about the mobility of a 7-year-old child.

Back in late March, KELOLAND News spoke with a woman who lived in the apartment next door to the Huffs and who didn’t see the victim often.
“It was just yelling and throwing things the whole night,” Nikki Bowman said. “The only time (the victim) was allowed to leave was when the fire alarm went off in the building and she was never fully clothed.”
Court documents allege Amanda was dishonest with law enforcement during the investigation.
She will be sentenced at a later date.
Kyle Huff faces rape and kidnapping charges.
In September, a report emerged that Kyle suffered from mental illness and was incapable of assisting in his defense at the time.
He is scheduled to have a status hearing next month.
