Washington Wizards rookie Will Riley scored another 30 points to lead the Capital City Go-Gos past the Motor City Crews in the G League on Wednesday.
Riley scored 33 points, 3 rebounds, 2 assists and 1 steal to help the team win 112-104 at CareFirst Arena. He made 10 of 21 shots, including 2 of 6 three-pointers, and posted a team-high +18 in 29 minutes of playing time.

The 21st overall pick in the 2025 NBA Draft scored 18 points in the fourth quarter alone, helping the Go-Go improve their regular season record to 4-2. He showed his aggression during this stretch, getting downhill and making contact, shooting 9-for-10 from the free throw line.
Riley played 29 games with the Wizards, averaging 4.8 points, 1.9 rebounds and 1.2 assists per game, while shooting 42.6% from the field. He started the season in sparse minutes, but had played in 16 straight games before the team assigned him to the Go-Go’s on Wednesday.
The 19-year-old, making his fourth appearance with the Go-Go’s, averaged 27.8 points, 4.3 assists and 4 rebounds per game while shooting 40.9% from three-point range. On November 30, he scored a G League-high 36 points in a loss to the Greensboro Swarm.

Riley has earned praise from his team throughout the season for his energy and intensity on the field. He hopes to carry his G-League momentum with him to the Wizards and be ready to contribute the next time his number is called.
