WhatsApp: How to make a video call from your smartphone
Using WhatsApp, you can make video calls with individual contacts or groups. The process is very simple, just follow the steps below.
- Open WhatsApp and choose one touch Make a video call.
- Open their chat and click camera The icon at the top enables video calls.
While on a one-to-one call, you can also choose to add other people to the call. Here’s how.
- During a WhatsApp video call, tap Add participants button in the upper right corner.

Facebook’s Messenger Rooms feature allows video calls with up to 50 users at a time.
