What Wisconsin HC Greg Gard said after beating Michigan State

Wisconsin took on the Michigan State basketball team on Friday night, defeating the Spartans 92-71 for its third top-10 win of the season. The Badgers could do nothing wrong on this night, shooting the ball fast and suffocating the Spartans defensively.

After the game, Badgers head coach Greg Gard spoke to the media about his team’s outstanding performance:

  • “Overall, we were able to stay ahead and stay aggressive. It’s been a pretty good couple of days… We still have a lot more to accomplish.”

  • Greg Gard on Boyd’s “wild” hitting options: “The definition of wild… you have to get your horse rushing.” Mention Hepburn, Stoll, Todger and even Blackwell as guys you have to put on the field.
