Josh Allen was all over the field as the Bills came back to beat the New England Patriots 35-31 on Sunday.
He also left a few bystanders behind.
With 9:49 left in the fourth quarter, Allen was seen vomiting near Buffalo’s bench.
“It happens basically every game. If I don’t get enough rest before the game, it usually happens at halftime,” admitted the reigning NFL MVP. “If I don’t get enough at halftime, it usually happens in the third or fourth quarter. I don’t know why I do it, it just happens.”

Allen first made a similar confession in January of this year, noting that he would always “vomit, listen to my playlist and drink water” before games.
Snow showers continued in the greater Boston area for several hours before kickoff, with snow extending as far south as Foxborough Stadium throughout the game.
While viewers may wonder if there are weather-related illnesses related to reflux, teams like the Bills are more accustomed to cold weather than others in the league because they live in it all season long.
Some may have mistaken the cold weather as the culprit, but Allen was just warming up.

The quarterback came back with a series of drives that included five consecutive touchdowns. He was 19-of-28 passing for 193 yards on the day, two touchdown passes to TE Dawson Knox, 0 interceptions, and held things to a halt with a 73.7 adjusted matchup % and a 120.7 passer rating.
Running back James Cook supported him and the offense with 107 yards and a touchdown on 22 carries.
With division and playoff seeding yet to be determined, New England will warm up with a chowder before traveling to Baltimore to face the Ravens, while Buffalo prepares to travel along the Lake Erie shoreline to Cleveland to face the Browns.
