The Inquirer’s 2025-26 Beacon Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Athlete of the Week for High School Sports Voting is now open through Dec. 21.
Enquirer/Cincinnati.com readers can vote for their favorite high school athlete of the week hourly on desktop, Cincinnati.com mobile web or the Cincinnati.com app. Deadline is Friday at 4pm.

This is the final Athlete of the Week vote for 2025. Nominations between December 22 and January 4 can be submitted to the next ballot on January 5, 2026.

Voting takes place every week during all high school sports seasons to recognize athletes in all sports. Please do not email your votes; they will not count.
