SEATTLE (AP) — Vince Dunn scored on a power play at 1:21 of overtime and the Seattle Kraken snapped a five-game losing streak with a 3-2 victory over the Los Angeles Kings on Wednesday night.
Matty Beniers tied the game for the Kraken with a power-play goal with 25.3 seconds left. Jared McCann also scored for Seattle, which had been winless in its previous six games (0-5-1) since Nov. 23. Eli Tolvanan assisted the team to equalize and win. Dunn contributed two assists.

Joey Daccord made 24 saves.
Alex Laferriere scored shorthanded and Kevin Fiala scored on a Kings power play. Anton Forsberg made 30 saves.
The Kraken had a power-play opportunity with 3:55 left in overtime when Adrian Kempe was whistled for tripping. Tolvanen played near the left circle and passed the ball to Dunn above the right circle, whose slap flew past Forsberg.
A tripping penalty against Forsberg with 38.8 seconds left in regulation gave the Kraken a power play. Seattle took advantage of the Kings’ giveaway on its own side now that Daccord had been benched for the extra attacker. Tolvanen controlled the right side and put the ball into the back of the net. Beniers redirected the ball past Forsberg.
