Trump, 79, Stuns With Inability to Flip a Coin: ‘Worst in History’

Is there nothing he can’t do? President Donald Trump stunned the crowd at the 126th Army-Navy football game with his unique coin toss.

During the historic football game at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore, Maryland, Trump conducted the customary coin toss, but he displayed a bizarre lifting motion that resulted in the coin itself barely flipping.

The President took the coin in his pinched left hand, placed it into the open palm of his right hand, and then raised the coin forward, sending it in a weak, downward arc. He helpfully pointed out where the coin would land after it hit the ground.

Viewers immediately expressed surprise at this groundbreaking approach to coin-based decision-making.

“Donald Trump may have executed the worst coin toss in history,” former independent congressional candidate Hal Stewart wrote. “That coin will be consigned to the Hall of Shame!”

“President Trump flipped a coin in an unprecedented move that didn’t seem to flip at all,” wrote author and radio host Clay Travis.

However, given Trump’s performance in this regard, this shock and surprise may be unjustified. In fact, as he has demonstrated before, the president seems to believe that this is exactly how the coin is flipped.

In 2018, Trump showed off his unique style at that year’s Army-Navy game, drawing criticism from then-MSNBC host Chris Hayes.

“Why is everything so weird and awkward about this president?” Hayes asked. “Tossing a coin is not a great athletics sport.”

“To flip a coin, you just, uh, flip the coin. You use your thumb, pop it up in the air, give it a good spin, let it fall to the ground and see if it’s heads or tails.”

this All in The host described Trump’s efforts as how he released a little bird into the sky.

The Army Black Knights rightfully called the coin late in Saturday’s game. However, this did not help them win, as the Navy defeated them with a score of 17-16.
