Dillon pointed to the U.S. national debt of about $40 trillion, Trump’s military threats on Iran and the rising age of homeowners as just some of the factors.
“There’s a group of people who want you to say things are great,” he said, including Fox News host Sean Hannity, his Fox colleagues and conservative commentator Ben Shapiro. Dillon added that mainstream Democrats, meanwhile, are too focused on issues of culture and representation.

Dillon has previously blasted the “look” of Trump’s lavish Mar-a-Lago party, launched into an R-rated tirade against Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy’s suggestion that airline passengers “dress up a little bit,” and predicted in November 2025 that Trump’s defense of H-1B visas for high-skilled foreign workers would mark “the end of the Trump administration.”
