Tommy Lee Jones‘ daughter victoria TMZ has learned she had a plea agreement, which required her to remain sober before her sudden death, pending to be signed.

And, according to court documents obtained by TMZ … Victoria got the plea deal after an April incident in which she was found to be in illegal possession of cocaine and resisting arrest. The plea deal offered by Napa County would have required her to plead guilty to resisting/hindering arrest and possession of a controlled substance … but would have exempted her from the charge of being under the influence of a controlled substance. In return, she must avoid using drugs and undergo random testing.
The deal requires her to serve a year of probation … and participate in alternative programs such as counseling. She will also be responsible for paying the program’s fees and any penalties associated with her fees.

Victoria’s next court date is January 20, when she may enter a plea in the case. However, she could not wait for that day.
TMZ reached out to Victoria’s attorney and the Napa County prosecutor for comment … and so far, have not heard back.

As we told you, these charges stemmed from a welfare check conducted at her location after Victoria accidentally placed a call to Napa police. She told authorities she was fine, but while there, they noticed a white residue on her tongue and that she was speaking quickly and “struggled with her body movements.” She admitted to taking cocaine that day and police arrested her, but she refused.
