Yes, the Titans are relying on familiar faces that the new coaching staff trusts to rebuild the foundation of the organization, but it should pay dividends when the team gets on the field and starts implementing new systems on both sides of the ball. Tennessee enters the offseason with the youngest roster in the league, and having veterans familiar with the system will help ease the transition.

The roster was essentially a disaster prior to free agency, and the new additions both fill a need and vastly improve a roster in need of competition and depth regardless of where they played before.
