Well, as of today, some ICE agents appear to be making their official debut, as a photo taken at Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport is circulating on X (formerly Twitter).

What’s Dave’s answer? Lots of shrug emojis. He responded, “My guess is they are acting as security and don’t scan anything. After someone scans your ID, they look at the screen. At least one person did. The person scanning the ID appears to be an airport office worker. The only uniformed TSA employee is running the metal detector and baggage inspection.”

In another tweet, Dave posted a video showing how ICE agents conduct crowd control. “ICE at the Atlanta airport seemed to be just doing crowd control and general security to release the few TSA agents that were present. I didn’t see them doing any identity checks or arrests or anything like that.”
