According to Ari Meirov on Twitter, we finally have a guarantee for San Francisco 49ers newest wide receiver Mike Evans. The initial agreement is said to be for three years and worth $60 million.
Meloff said Evans’ contract is worth $42.4 million, of which $16.3 million is guaranteed. Annual revenue is $14.13 million. As of the time of signing, this was the 41st ranked wide receiver safety. We’re talking about first-round picks at the position in recent draft classes.

For reference, the Rams gave 33-year-old Davante Adams a two-year, $26 million guaranteed contract last season. Realistically, this could be a deal that the Niners would opt out of after the first year if it doesn’t work out, but would be closer to a two-year deal.
The 49ers could use the third year as a “ghost” year, which would be automatically voided, allowing them to spread his signing bonus over an additional year. That’s what the Rams did with Adams’ contract.
