Tennessee Titans trade up for Jeremiyah Love in latest PFF mock draft

In Pro Football Focus’ latest 2026 NFL mock draft, the Tennessee Titans select Notre Dame running back Jeremiyah Love with the second overall pick.

Prior to the NFL Scouting Combine, Love was widely considered the top prospect in the 2026 NFL Draft, and his performance in practice only reinforced that view. Indiana quarterback Fernando Mendoza, the 2025 Heisman Trophy winner, is widely projected to be the No. 1 pick to the Las Vegas Raiders, whose need at the position opens the door for the Titans to target Love at No. 2.

PFF’s Gordon McGuinness has the Titans sending their No. 4 pick, along with picks Nos. 35 and 101, to the New York Jets in exchange for the No. 2 pick, which they used on Love.

The Titans have been one of the most active teams in free agency so far, notably adding several defensive line contributors. This increases their chances of selecting running back Jeremiah Love in the first round. But with the Cardinals ahead of them, a trade may be necessary.

Love has posted an overall PFF grade above 90.0 each of the past two seasons, making him the undisputed best running back in this class.

The Titans paid a high price for love. The selection bolsters their running back room, which already includes 1,000-yard rushers Tony Pollard and Tyjae Spears.
