A new name appears on the Tennessee basketball availability report.
Freshman guard Troy Henderson is one of three players for the Vols (16-6, 6-3 SEC record) in their upcoming conference meeting against Kentucky (16-7, 7-3) on Feb. 7 at Rupp Stadium. Henderson aggravated his left shoulder again, causing him to miss two games against Alabama and Georgia.

Center Felix Okpala and guard Amare Abram are also in coverage. Okpala is still nursing the left calf he injured Jan. 28 against Georgia, while Abram is recovering from flu-like symptoms. Okpala could miss his third straight game, while Abram faces his second straight.
Without Henderson and Abram, Tennessee’s linebacker depth could be in trouble. Henderson joined Amari Evans and Jalen Carey as the Vols’ top reserve players in the Vols’ 84-66 victory over Mississippi State. Without him, Tennessee may turn to Ethan Berger, who has played sparingly in SEC games.
