Search underway in South Carolina for child who has been missing for days

South Carolina is searching for a girl missing for days.

The West Columbia Police Department reported Isis Amiles Solis Rodas missing Saturday.

The 12-year-old girl was reported missing by her family on Friday, police said in a news release.

Isis’ family said the girl was a runaway, according to the release.

There is no word on where Isis was when she was last seen, or if she was alone at the time. It’s unclear why she left.

Police have not said whether foul play is suspected in her disappearance.

Police described Isis as a 5-foot-2, 90-pound girl who was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black Crocs and red sweatpants.
