The New Orleans Saints have re-signed offensive lineman Dillon Radonz to a two-year contract.
Radunz, 27, signed with the Saints in the 2025 offseason. The former second-round pick appeared in 15 games for New Orleans, starting 10 of them. Radonz had an up-and-down 2025 season with the Saints, as he graded just 48.5 overall at PFF, ranking 75th out of 81 backs. He’s much better at pass blocking; however, ranks 31st.

Radonz is the second player on the Saints’ offensive line this offseason. New Orleans signed guard David Edwards to a four-year, $61 million contract.
While specific details of the deal have not been revealed, Ladenz’s resignation opens up an interesting decision for the Saints with Cesar Ruiz. The former first-round pick has been inconsistent throughout his career, and his $11 million per year doesn’t feel justified.
New Orleans Saints v Los Angeles Rams
If New Orleans is happy with starting Ladenz, they may consider trading Ruiz, as they will suffer a loss in 2026 or $9 million in 2027 if they designate Ruiz as a cutter after June 1.

In the worst-case scenario, the Saints sign Ladenz to a valuable contract and he serves as offensive line depth. New Orleans has had its fair share of issues with offensive line injuries in recent seasons, and Radonz could be insurance if more injuries occur.
